She made sure my items were delivered in my requested time, helped me get an item I saw at a fair, and packaged everything perfectly so it wouldn't break in the mail. Love this shop & highly recommend. Her quality is beautiful. This is a picture of what I gave to the teachers for the last day of school, which I heard one of the teacher's was wearing as soon as she opened it because she loved it so much.
